VoiceLobby is the phone version of the concierge. It bridges the hotel PBX (or a cloud DID) to the same agent that handles chat and tablet, converts speech to text in real time, and streams the response back through a natural voice model.

Language is detected on the fly from the first sentence, and the voice model is switched to match — every supported language gets a native-sounding voice in the same register. Escalation is explicit: the agent will hand over to reception if the caller asks, if confidence drops, or if the topic is outside the allowed scope.
