AttendancePulse

Who actually showed up — and what happens next

A live-attendance tracker: watches the Zoom/Teams room during the session, reconciles against the registry, flags no-shows for follow-up and queues attendees for a post-session NPS call.

  • Live Reconciliation during the session
  • 2 Post-session streams — no-show and attendee
  • Show-up Is the headline metric, not registration

AttendancePulse is the service that answers the only question that matters to a sponsor: who actually showed up. Registrations are easy; show-up is the outcome the cheque is written for. The pulse service watches the webinar room live, reconciles the participants against the WebinarDesk registry, and emits two streams — no-shows and attendees — each with their own downstream cadence.

No-shows are not a failure — they are a signal. A doctor who registered and did not attend gets a lightweight follow-up the next day: a short WhatsApp with the recording link, a short voice touch if the platform judges a call welcome, and a question about what happened. That data feeds DoctorGraph (this doctor's registration-to-attendance rate is lower than average) and improves the next campaign.

Attendees get the opposite treatment. A short post-session touch — a thank-you, an NPS question, a link to the next relevant session — is scheduled through the same cadence planner. The NPS score, the faculty name the doctor liked most, the topic they want more of — all flow back into DoctorGraph's weighted topics, which in turn improve the next SpecialtyMatch.

Reports are attendance-first. Operators and sponsors see show-up rates, not just registration rates, and they see them split by specialty, by institution, by voice persona and by time of first invitation. That is the evidence a medical-education programme needs to justify its budget year after year.

Capabilities

Everything AttendancePulse handles for you

  • Live reconciliation

Live Zoom/Teams room watched against the registry during the session.

  • Two post-session streams

No-shows and attendees each have their own cadence, not one generic follow-up.

  • Data back into DoctorGraph

Registration-to-attendance rates, liked faculty and preferred topics feed the graph.

  • NPS as a first-class signal

Post-session NPS lands in reports and in the graph — not just a survey dashboard.

  • Sponsor-grade reports

Show-up rates by specialty, institution, voice persona and first-touch timing.

Integrations

The outcome layer of every campaign

AttendancePulse closes the loop — it reads the live room, writes to the doctor graph, queues post-session touches and feeds the report.

  • WebinarDesk supplies the expected attendance list to reconcile against.
  • DoctorGraph receives per-doctor attendance, NPS and preferred-topic signals.
  • CadenceConductor picks up the no-show and attendee follow-up jobs.
  • AIM CRM logs attendance as a contact activity for sponsor reporting.
