InRoomTablet
A branded concierge surface for every room
An Android and iPad app that hotels drop onto the bedside tablet. The guest sees a branded welcome screen, talks to the AI concierge in their own language, orders room service, and checks out — without ever touching reception.
- 1 Tap to reach the concierge
- 2 OS Android and iPadOS kiosks
- 0 Settings menus the guest can reach
InRoomTablet is the face of the concierge inside the room. It boots into a locked, single-purpose kiosk mode, greets the guest by name, and exposes the same conversation thread the guest already started on WhatsApp — so messages, orders, and service tickets stay in one place.
The screen is deliberately minimal: a chat rail, a handful of quick actions (towels, housekeeping, breakfast), and a live room dashboard (temperature, do-not-disturb, check-out time). Behind the scenes it speaks to the same AI agent that powers all other guest channels, so a question asked on the tablet is answered with the same context and tone as on the phone.
Everything InRoomTablet handles for you
-
Kiosk-locked build
Ships as a signed APK and iPadOS guided-access package — guests cannot leave the app or reach system settings.
-
Branded per property
Colours, wordmark, welcome copy and quick-actions are driven by the hotel configuration — no code changes per property.
-
Shared guest thread
Whatever the guest wrote on WhatsApp is already on the tablet, and vice versa — one conversation per stay.
-
Room controls rail
Do-not-disturb, late check-out, temperature preset and quick housekeeping requests without opening a menu.
How InRoomTablet plugs into the hotel stack
The tablet is a surface — it does not own guest data, rooms, or billing. It reads the active stay from RoomStateSync, routes every message through the AI agent, and hands check-out payments to the billing gateway.
- AgentBuilder serves the concierge agent the tablet talks to — same recipe across every channel.
- RoomStateSync supplies the live room state, guest name, and stay context shown in the dashboard.
- WhatsappQR shares the conversation thread so tablet and phone stay in sync.
- Billing hosts the check-out payment sheet the tablet opens on departure.
