PrepLine

Prep the right amount, every day

Combines the live reservation timeline with historical menu-mix data to produce a per-station prep plan for the next service — how much of what to have ready, when.

  • 1 Plan per service
  • Live Re-plan during service
  • Station Granularity by default

PrepLine looks ahead. It takes tomorrow's reservations from the floor plan, blends them with the historical mix of what guests actually ordered at similar bookings, and produces a prep plan the head chef can run the line from.

During service, it watches actual orders vs plan and adjusts — if the lamb is flying off, it nudges the kitchen before the night's supply is gone. Prep becomes a number, not a feeling.

Capabilities

Everything PrepLine handles for you

  • Service forecast

Predicts covers, dish mix, and modifier load for the next service window.

  • Per-station plan

Output is broken out by station — grill, cold, pastry — so the chef can hand it straight down.

  • Live re-plan

Reruns during service when actuals diverge — nudges the kitchen before supply runs out.

  • Waste signal

Reports overstock patterns to trim the next day's prep.

Integrations

How PrepLine plugs into the restaurant stack

PrepLine is a pure consumer of reservation and menu data and a producer of plans. It does not replace the chef — it gives them sharper numbers.

  • TableGrid supplies the live timeline of reservations and expected covers.
  • MenuPulse supplies dish mix and seasonal availability.
  • AIM CRM surfaces waste signal and prep variance on the manager dashboard.
  • SuperAdmin decides which model powers the forecaster.
