AgentBuilder
Compose an AI agent from a prompt, a model, and a toolkit
Not a chatbot — a specialist AI agent. Pick a system prompt, choose a model, flip on the tools it needs (knowledge base, CRM, catalog, business profile, scenario), and attach it to a chat. Build one agent per role, not one agent that does everything badly.
- 5+ Tools you toggle on per agent
- Per-role One agent per job, not one for all
- Clone Prompts to iterate without risk
AgentBuilder is for owners who want more than a chatbot. A chatbot answers. An agent acts. It reads the knowledge base before replying. It pulls a product from the catalog and drops the card in the chat. It writes a new lead into the CRM. It walks a customer through a scripted flow step by step.
Every ability the agent can use is a simple toggle in the editor. Knowledge base for domain expertise. Business profile for "who we are" context. Catalog for products and pricing. CRM for customer history and writing new records. Scenario for guided flows. Turn them on, and the agent has the capability. Turn them off, and it stays out.
Creating an agent takes three inputs: a system prompt (picked from the prompt library you already built), a name and description, and a model chosen from the platform's approved list. The prompt is cloned into the agent so you can iterate on the agent's version without breaking your master prompt.
Descriptions are generated automatically in the background — the owner does not have to sit and write marketing copy about their own agent. Models are curated: the admin-approved list prevents users from picking something too weak or too expensive for the role.
Context size is managed deliberately. The agent does not dump every knowledge-base document into every prompt — it pulls only what is relevant, keeping responses fast and on-topic. The same discipline applies to CRM and catalog lookups.
A hub lists every agent in the workspace, with names, descriptions, and the tools they have enabled. Admins can view and edit any agent across the platform for support. Each agent is independent — tuning one never affects another.
Once configured, the agent attaches to a chat from ChatBuilder and starts handling real conversations. If an agent underperforms, you tweak it or swap it; no history is lost. A sales agent, a support agent, and an onboarding agent can all coexist in one workspace, each specialised for its lane. This is how the platform scales past "one chatbot per site".
Everything AgentBuilder handles for you
-
Tool toggles
Knowledge base, business profile, catalog, CRM, scenarios — each a switch, not a code branch.
-
Prompt clone on create
The agent gets its own copy of the system prompt to iterate on without affecting the master.
-
Curated model list
Only admin-approved models appear in the picker, so users never choose an inappropriate one.
-
Auto-description
The agent's description is generated in the background — no blank-page copywriting for the owner.
-
Context control
Only relevant knowledge base, CRM, and catalog data is pulled into each prompt — fast, accurate answers.
-
Agent hub
One list with every agent, its tools, and management actions — clone, edit, disable, remove.
-
Admin stand-in
Support staff can edit any user's agent in-context to help them ship faster.
The agent as the point where everything converges
AgentBuilder is the convergence layer. It reads the prompt from PromtBuilder, the model from SuperAdmin, business context from SetupWizard, expertise from KnowledgeBase, products from ProductCatalog, customers from AIM CRM, logic from AIFlow — and exposes the result to ChatBuilder.
- PromtBuilder supplies the system prompt the agent is cloned from.
- SuperAdmin provides the curated model list available to the agent.
- SetupWizard feeds the canonical business profile into agent context.
- KnowledgeBase enabled as a tool, gives the agent expert answers on the business' domain.
- ProductCatalog enabled as a tool, lets the agent recommend and show products live.
- AIM CRM enabled as a tool, lets the agent read history and write new records in-chat.
- AIFlow attaches a scripted scenario the agent follows step by step.
- ChatBuilder binds the configured agent to a live chat surface on the customer's site.
